lockpiks didn't break as much as I thought they would so boosted my lucky title a lot.

The number of skale outside LA is greatly reduced if your character has been to eotn though. You have to go quite a ways into the swamp before you find any of them.

But there is always 1 boss there, and I've had 2 bosses spawn too.

True, but there used to be a lot of skale just north of the portal from LA. Still are on my second account, in fact. Too bad that account is mostly mules.

I too found that the best drops were on the run from LA thru Scoundrels rise. Seemed to get between 10 and 16 fins per run.

yeah but in my case, I only play an hour or two every couple of days as I don't have the time to spend anymore on the game like I used to.
Back when the game came out and up until end of 2007, I was putting unbelievable number of hours in the game each week, it was all I can think about.
Now with a baby in the house and tons of RL stuff to do, I can't afford spending time in the game, add to that, it is summer time and going out beats playing GW.

It's kinda nice that there are a couple of decent farming spots this week. I switched back and forth between NKP and Tears of the Fallen to keep the monotony down. (Vanquished Tears and Twin Serpent Lakes while I was at it )

I love that build, I really do. It works for pretty much everything and I use it pretty much constantly on my Rit now.

I can confirm he has moved exactly on time as usual.
So let the search begin, hoping for another easily farmable item this week.

FOUND HIM!
Zehlon Reach, North side on the docks. He wants bowls of skalefin soup. Screen shot coming in a minute.
